We care for the highest benefit for our Members , all Aeroméxico Rewards Points credited to Business Accounts are in addition to the Aeroméxico Rewards Points credited to the Employee’s Individual Account.

Starting from July 01st of 2024, points in Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts will no longer expire.

Authorized Contacts will recieve a monthly Statement via email with the Business Account balance. You can also check the status anytime by logging to https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/login and clicking in to the account status section.

If the Authorized Business Representative of the account no longer works at the Company , or you forgot password/Business Account Number , please send an email to [email protected] in order to restore the account.

If the Business Account Number is missing while the booking process , its crucial to registrate the Company´s Unique Acrual Code (OSI) before the flight, by contacting our Call Center (55) 1519 4040 or by sending an email to [email protected] requesting to add the Business Account Number to the reservation.

Please note there is no Retroactive Accumulation for Air Transactions in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program.

To assign the Business Account Level Cards you must be the Business Representative.

Enter your Company profile by logging in at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/login

Go to the "Cards and Memberships" section and assign the available Level Cards to your Collaborators who are enrolled in the Individual Program.


Remember that the Tier Level will be linked to your Collaborator's Individual Account Number.

Authorized Business Representatives may consult the Tier Level assigned to Employees from the Business Account Profile by logging in at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/login

To earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points with hotels and car rental companies in the Business Account, it is necessary to enter the invoice corresponding to the service contracted with them by following the steps below:

  1. Contract the service of hotel or rental companies affiliated with the Business Program.
  2. At the end of the stay or car rental, please request the invoice corresponding to your service.
  3. Log to your Business profile at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/login
  4. Click to the Retroactive Accumulation section and register the invoice by entering the Business Account Number of your Company so that the Aeroméxico Rewards Points are credited.
  5. Once the validation process is complete, the Aeroméxico Rewards Points will reflect in the Company's Businesss Account within a period of 14 business days after the invoice registration date.

Remember that you must be the Business Representative or Authorized Contact of the Company to register the invoice to the Business Account.
